Zander turns 1!

My nephew Zander turned 1. I had the privilege and joy of making him a Monkey Cake. Well, I should say monkey cakes and cupcakes. These were so fun to make.

Zander digs in! He was the most aggressive cake eater I have ever seen at a one year olds birthday party. He wasted no time getting acquainted with the monkey cake! He loved every bite. When he was done, they had to take him outside to de-crumb him. What a cutie!
